Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader who can build and inspire a high-performing outbound sales team. Your experience with AT&T products and your leadership skills will help drive our team's success in delivering business internet solutions.

- Coach and develop a team of sales professionals selling AT&T business internet solutions
- Monitor real-time performance and provide in-the-moment guidance to improve results
- Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed team sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and call reviews to enhance selling techniques
- Handle escalations and complex customer situations with confidence
- Analyze team performance data and adjust strategies for better results
- Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment that drives results
