Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients and partners using various tools and platforms.
- Create and maintain a database of qualified leads.
- Generate new leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Reach out to potential clients, present MentorX services, and identify their needs.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MentorX services.
4. Market Research:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights on client needs and preferences to enhance service offerings.
5. Reporting:
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales metrics.
- Use CRM tools to document client interactions and update lead status.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a remote or online environment.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent research and analytical skills for lead generation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: $3/hour starting Rate
