Remote Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Remote Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will assist in various sales and marketing tasks, including conducting trial lessons for potential clients, while providing exceptional support to our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for sales and marketing operations by completing assigned tasks.
Conduct trial lessons for clients who have not yet enrolled to Kredo Japan.
Create and manage documents efficiently.
Monitor and check systems to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with Japanese staff via Slack.
Respond to Japanese customer emails, using Google Translate for English-to-Japanese translation.

Compensation:
Training Period (4 weeks): ₱6,000 + incentives and allowances (up to ₱2,000)
Probationary Period: ₱12,000 + incentives and allowances (up to ₱4,000)

General Hours of Availability:
Training Period:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT (4 hours)

Probationary Period:
Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM PHT (7 hours + 1-hour break)
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM PHT (5 hours)

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in ESL or sales.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
