Finance and Accounting Manager- CPA-5 yrs in FMCG

JOB Qualifications:
3-5 years Experienced and Highly Operations Oriented. Good leader command. Able to manage groups/teams
simultaneously. Experienced working from retail, distribution, fast moving consumer good FMCG
industries are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift /Working location Quezon City

Responsibilities

As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of
the business, ensuring robust financial controls, and delivering strategic insights to support business
growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategies,
optimizing processes, and ensuring the financial health of the company.

· Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of
financial results.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS principles.
· Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to senior
leadership.
· Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
· Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and growth.
· Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the
organization
