Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE:
This is a Japanese owned company that manufactured and distributes high quality of mold design. They are also one of the biggest distributors of lightning, electronic parts and electrical equipment.

Position: Purchasing Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Carmona, Cavite
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Warehousing, Inventory and Purchasing role or any related role
- With work experience in Electronics, or Semiconductor is an advantage
- Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
- Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and receive orders from customers
- Prepare purchase order for suppliers
- Monitor stock orders of the company
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
- Handles customers inquiries
- Coordinate with logistic providers
- Ensure accurate documentation for customs and shipping
- Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
