About the role

Join the dynamic team at Max888 Motors Inc. as a Front Desk professional in our Pasay City, Metro Manila location. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of our busy automotive showroom and service centre.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
Schedule test drives, service appointments, and other customer interactions
Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
Provide information about our vehicles, services, and promotions
Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as needed
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
