Job Description

"CSR Retail
Location: Pasig City
Salary: PHP 16,000 - PHP 27,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete customer account information.
- Assist in determining pricing quotes for customers.
- Coordinate with Account Managers in determining new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues/concerns promptly.

Position requirements:
Educational Attainment:
- HS Graduate (old curriculum)
- K12 Graduate
- College Undergraduate (completed at least 1 semester)
- 2- Year Course Undergraduate
- 2- Year Course Graduate
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder

Work Experience:
- No work experience required
- Must have excellent english communication skills
