Recruitment and Sourcing Head

Our client, a manpower services provider, with offices in Cubao QC and Shaw Mandaluyong, is in need of a Recruitment and Sourcing Head with the following qualifications:

-Must be a college graduate
-With solid volume recruitment experience gained from a manpower services company or similar industry
-With proven leadership, stakeholder management and people management experience
-Must be experienced in different sourcing and recruitment strategies and knowledgeable in basic analytics
-Must be willing to work onsite in Cubao QC and must be willing to travel
