Job Description
• Supervise and support kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure consistent quality and proper cooking techniques across all dishes.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Contribute to menu planning and development as needed.
• Step in to lead kitchen operations when the Sous Chef or Executive Chef is unavailable.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
• Good leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
