Job Description
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other
external partners for the Managing Director.
• Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through.
• Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director.
• Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or marketing course or equivalent curriculum. Must be a 4-year course graduate and up preferably with Marketing background.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Executive Assistant (EA).
• Fluent in oral and written English communication.
• Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
