Job Description

-Organizes, plans, and coordinates all after after sales activities of the department.
-Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
-Prepare summary of parts sales forecasts for the division.
-Negotiates service contracts.
-Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires.
-Assist in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports.
-Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
-Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid.
-Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service requests.
-Works hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until major equipment purchased is installed and commissioned.
-Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.
