Job Description
We are looking for awesome IT Desktop Support for our Team in BGC, Taguig.
As a Desktop Support Specialist, you are responsible for the smooth execution of assigned tasks and day to day operations. You will ensure that your work is finished properly and on time. You will assist with hardware and software issues. Also, providing on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic and advanced IT issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to provide technical assistance and support to the day-to-day incoming queries and issues related to software and hardware, network, and telephony troubleshooting
• Provides 1st level of response and resolution to Incident tickets raised via the Service Desk
• Ensures SLA compliance on all incidents
• Administrative duties such as creating documentation, asset management, and project assistance. Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), and other systems
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
• Preventive Maintenance
Requirements:
• Must have idea or knowledgeable with Mac/Windows/Linux, VPN, active directory
• Working knowledge in Endpoint Security applications
• Troubleshooting (Hardware, Application, & Networks)
• Experience in Incident and Problem Management
• Experience in remote assistance
• Good to excellent communications skills
• Must be willing to work on a morning/night shift schedule in BGC, Taguig
Job Description:
• Provide technical support and issue resolution to our customers through ongoing issue triaging via email or remote web session
• Collaborate with peers, mentors, our knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective, world-class solutions to our customers
• Reproduce issues in-house and respond to customers in a timely manner
