IT Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
Identify and source new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and strategic networking.
Conduct research to identify potential clients via social networks, industry events, and professional affiliations.
Understand client requirements and align them with available products and services.
Build expertise in the company’s offerings to effectively present solutions to clients.
Meet revenue targets through direct sales and upselling opportunities.
Qualify and route leads to sales executives for closure.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in the CRM.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations for potential clients.
Support customers post-purchase or coordinate with project teams for advanced assistance.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to contribute to team goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or telecommunications, focusing on technology services or products.
Knowledge of technical and digital technologies, including software, hardware, and system solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to confidently engage in virtual meetings.
Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing sales processes.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A metrics-driven, results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
