Accounting Associate

● Ensure timely recording of accounts payable with purchase order transactions by checking, posting and reconciling required attachments and records
● Ensure proper recording of the accounting entries for item deliveries and material issuances by checking and monitoring the receiving report and stock withdrawal slips
● Ensure accurate records on materials and supplies inventory by reconciling actual physical inventory count with the accounting records
● Provide accurate information to the Accounting Manager by generating materials inventory report
● Provide trade payable data for weekly cash requirements by monitoring and preparing summary of check payables
● Contribute to the continual improvement of the company and its business performance by doing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
