Job Description

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing resources, supervising teams, implementing operational policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Reports to: Operations Head

Responsibilities
 Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
 Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
 Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
 Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives.
 Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
 Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and strategies.
 Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
 Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
 Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvements.

Qualifications:
 Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
 Must have experience with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
 Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience
 Bachelor's degree

Schedule:
 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
 9 hours duty including 1-hour break

Compensation and Benefits:
 70,000.00 and above

Additional Benefits:
 Transportation and Meal Allowances
 HMO: 150,000 coverage
 Paid leave and sick leave
 13th-month pay

Anticipated Start Date:
 As early as possible

While we initially required a Japanese bilingual candidate, it is now acceptable if the candidate does not speak Japanese. However, Japanese language proficiency remains preferred.
Salary:
70.000,00 ₱ Monthly
