Job Summary: The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs.

· Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

· Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven years of experience in business development or a similar role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
