Job Description
● Primary Office: BGC, Taguig City
● Note: This position involves targeted travel for networking, events, and client engagement.
Work Schedule:
● Office Day: Once per week at the BGC office for team meetings and strategic planning.
● Flexibility: Significant travel and field work for business development activities and networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
● B2B Sales and Events: Actively engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on SMEs and participating in industry events to promote the company's solutions.
● Target and sell storage solutions & parking solutions to companies for storing office documents, marketing collaterals, and use for company fleets.
● Networking: Establish and maintain networks with real estate agents and notaries to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
● Marketing Initiatives: Co-develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at creating a robust network of online referrals, enhancing company's market presence and customer acquisition.
● Market Research: Ensure complete knowledge of the storage and parking service market, including a thorough understanding of competitors, to strategically position Leeveit as a market leader.
● Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted SME's, real estate networks, and other relevant sectors.
● Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required by management, contributing to the team's overall success and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
● Proven B2B sales experience, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
● Experience in real estate, notary services, or related fields is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinking with a creative approach to marketing and business development.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
