Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to company products.
-Provide guidance on the use of software and troubleshoot technical problems.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
-Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
-Analyze client feedback and challenges to identify solutions.
-Stay updated on the company products and services to provide accurate advice.
-Recommend product updates or features that suit client needs.
Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
-Familiarity with software systems, particularly those used in the automotive or dealership industries is a plus.
-Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
