Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Rotational Shift (2 days off)
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder or Highschool Graduates
*Open for Fresh Graduates
*With working experience in the same role is an advantage
*Amenable to work on site.
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for delivering client service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
*Established call standards.
*Meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
*Will answer the inquiries and concerns of the customers via call.
*Other task as assigned.
