Logistics Assistant

1. Coordinate Importation Process:
- Assist in preparing and processing import documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, customs declarations, and import permits.
- Collaborate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and other relevant parties to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment schedules and communicate any delays or issues to the concerned teams or individuals.
- Maintain and update importation records and databases.

2. Customs and Compliance:
- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure compliance with all import regulations and requirements.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities to obtain necessary permits and certifications.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in import/export laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments in the importation process.

3. Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages or surplus.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to facilitate efficient stock management and timely replenishment.
- Manage and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
