Facilitating and guiding agents through the process of name changes.
Providing support and coordination for schedule adjustments
Managing the booking of ancillary products in situations where the GDS is restricted, and efficiently processing credit card payments to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Reviewing and granting ad hoc approvals for requests that fall outside standard booking conditions.
Providing comprehensive education to agents on KM processes and conditions.
Possessing in-depth knowledge of the airline's products and services.
Providing comprehensive administrative support for the account.
Overseeing contract compliance and ensuring timely distribution of tariffs, updates, and other airline-related news to the market.
Coordinating and communicating necessary updates to the Agents Website.
Generating and managing reports related to requests, issued documents and TSRs (Ticket Sales Reports).
Managing event ticketing for key trade events.
Handling group bookings by generating quotes, confirming reservations, processing payments, and issuing ticket.
Providing OAL (Other Airline) support with KM sectors.

Job Qualifications:

Possesses a completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
Brings several years of professional experience in tourism sales, ideally within an airline company.
Deep understanding of the travel industry and aviation market.
Strong technical understanding of airline operations.
Solid technical understanding of the various distribution channels used in the marketplace.
Demonstrates advanced organizational skills.
Exhibits strong communication skills.
Possesses a distinctive sales personality, driven by a passion for the airline industry and a deep understanding of the various segments within the travel and tourism sector.
A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Well-versed in Sabre, with comprehensive knowledge of its functionalities and tools, enabling efficient management of bookings, reservations, and other airline-related tasks within the system.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
