Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• New Business Development: Prospect and engage new clients, develop tailored BPO solutions, and lead negotiations to close deals.
• Sales Strategy & Market Research: Research industry trends, analyze competitors, and develop sales strategies to expand into new markets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered successfully.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and industry knowledge to meet targets.
