Job Description
As a Mortgage Broker Support Officer, you will play an important role in the success of our Australian home loans client.
You will provide essential administrative and operational support to mortgage brokers, ensuring that all loan applications and transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
Your attention to detail, good communication skills, and positive “can-do” attitude will be vital to your success in this role.
Some of the Key Duties and Responsibilities are:
Data Entry and Reporting:
• Ensure accuracy of data entry, and compliance with service levels.
Application Processing:
• Assist mortgage brokers in gathering necessary documentation from clients.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lending institutions.
Client Communication and Service:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their mortgage applications.
• Address client inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional service experience to all clients.
File Management:
• Organise and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
Lender and Partner Liaison:
• Communicate with lending institutions and other partners to facilitate a smooth mortgage approval and settlement process.
• Monitor Lender service levels, and ensure matters are followed up and promptly escalated when appropriate.
Training and Development:
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage industry policies, trends, and best practices.
The Skills and Experience we’re looking for are:
• Confident verbal and written English communication skills.
• A minimum of 12 months experience in the Australian mortgage industry, with a good understanding of Australian mortgage processes and status milestones.
• An understanding of Australian Privacy requirements.
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools.
• Enjoys being busy and meeting deadlines.
• Reliable, positive, and a good team player.
We’re offering:
• Competitive salary of up to P30,000 per month.
