Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist clients with financial-related queries, including account information, processing, etc.
Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, document verification, and account updates.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, within the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work onsite at our 9th Floor, KMC Zeta location.
