OIC Warehouse Personnel

Salary Range: 17,000 - 20,000

• Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
• Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
• Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.
• Order new supplies in a timely manner.
• Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.
• Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking.
• Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and
other documentation.
• Collaborates with the HEAD OF MAIN WAREHOUSE and OPERATIONS HEAD.
• Assists the operations department with fulfilment and quality control.
• Uses warehouse ordering system.
• Ensures the warehouse is clean and orderly; including but not limited to
organizing and rotating inventory, maintaining product labels, sweeping
warehouse, and assist in staging orders for delivery.
• Ensure product is stored safely and in the proper place. Storing and rotating
stock according to established procedures.
• Work closely with HEAD OF MAIN WAREHOUSE to accomplish shift goals
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away,
picking, and loading of products.
• Brainstorms and suggests new ideas on how to improve processes to the Head of
Main Warehouse.
• Communicates professionally, both orally and written to internal and external
partners.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to the Head of Main Warehouse and
Operations Head; assists in finding solutions to problem areas.
• Train, guide and evaluate a new warehouse worker.
• Taking responsibility for a company’s freight and assets by reporting any
suspicious activity at work and assists in maintaining the security of the
warehouse.
• Reporting any damaged or missing goods to the Head of Main Warehouse or
General Manager.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Head of Main Warehouse, Operations Head
and General Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
