Quality Assurance Analyst

1. Testing and Analysis:
o Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for lending products and services.
o Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test strategies specific to the lending industry.
2. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that all financial products meet the quality standards and compliance requirements set by the company and regulatory bodies.
o Review and provide feedback on product documentation, including loan agreements, disclosures, and user manuals.
3. Process Improvement:
o Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements in lending product quality.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance for financial products.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and defect findings to stakeholders, including compliance and risk management teams.
o Ensure clear and effective communication of quality issues to the development and operational teams.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in the financial services or lending industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using testing tools and basic Microsoft’s.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the lending industry.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
