Position: HR Payroll Clerk

Salary: P 14,500 to P 18,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days with 2 consecutive days off)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, financial management, or other similar program
• Open to fresh graduate with internship experience in payroll
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of payroll processes including data entry, pay calculations, tax and benefits
• Experience in processing Payroll using a payroll software
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Collaboration & Team coordination

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data with the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, both electronically and physically.
• Maintain accurate records of employee work hours, overtime, and paid leave, ensuring proper documentation for payroll calculations. Resolve any discrepancies in timekeeping records.
• Assist with payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, salary increases, ensuring timely and accurate inclusion in payroll.
• Ensure proper tax withholding, and benefits deductions are made according to federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure deductions are properly reported and remitted.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees with questions or concerns regarding payroll, such as pay discrepancies, tax issues, or benefits deductions. Resolve issues promptly.
