Job Description
• Sourcing of applicant for new job openings and vacancies thru recruitment portal
• Perform initial interview and pre-employment requirements
• Prepare of documents for bank account opening
• Prepare payroll of Project Team
• Maintain accurate and up to date human resource files, records and documentation
• May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee question, fixing processing errors and filed appropriately
• Conduct or assist with new hire orientation
• Creates employee-employer contract
• Process business permit renewal, if needed
• Monitor Employees Tardiness and Absenteeism Monthly
• Monitor tenure of contract
• Assist with planning and execution of special events
• Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regularization
• Communication with public service when necessary
• Work closely to HR- Head and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
• Prepare accountability of employees
• Other task may be assigned from time to time
- Salary:
- 15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
