Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. - Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. - Maintain office security by following established protocols. - Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, filing, and clerical tasks.
