The founders of SFL are fitness enthusiasts by heart, but are engineers by profession. This means extra attention was always given to building strong foundations for the business. The current head office team is composed of close to 50 senior and junior personnel overseeing departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Personal and Group Fitness, Operations, Design, Technology, Learning & Development, Customer Service, and many others. We have invested in foundations to ensure business sustainability and support to our members, employees, franchisees and partners.
