Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱45,000 - ₱50,000
WORK SCHEDULE: 5AM – 2PM (DST) or 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | With opportunity for Hybrid Set-up after Regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days Work Onsite)

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly
- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals
