Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in property management. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors while utilizing tools such as PropertyMe and Flk It Over for seamless workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant and Landlord Communication:
Respond promptly to tenant and landlord inquiries via email or phone.
Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Lease Administration:
Draft and manage lease agreements using Flk It Over.
Ensure lease renewals are tracked and processed on time.
Maintenance Coordination:
Schedule property repairs and maintenance with vendors.
Use PropertyMe to log maintenance requests and track job completion.
Accounting Support:
Monitor rental payments and send reminders for overdue accounts.
Assist in reconciling accounts and generating financial reports via PropertyMe.
Property Listings and Marketing:
Post and update property listings on various platforms.
Ensure accurate property descriptions and photos are available.
Document Management:
Maintain organized digital records for all properties.
Utilize Flk It Over for document sharing and signing.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars for property showings and client meetings.
Conduct market research as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in property management or as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with PropertyMe and Flk It Over is mandatory.
Proficient in using property management software tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
