Job Description
• Inbound Call Receiving – Receiving Calls – Directing Calls –
• Client Follow-Up: Manage communication with clients, including follow-ups on quotes, project status updates, and feedback collection to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Scheduling & Coordination of Safety Packs: Assist in coordinating schedules for glass cleaning and window repair projects, liaising with the team to ensure optimal deployment and time management.
• Administrative Support: Handle email management, organise meetings, and prepare reports for the owner, ensuring all documents and communications are clear, accurate, and timely.
• Project Tracking: Maintain project progress logs and help track job completion, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and communicated effectively
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and support the growth of the business through effective follow-up and communication practices.

• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools is essential. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
