Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s long-term goals for growth and sustainability.
-Oversee commissary, hospital dietary services, and canteen/coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient food production and delivery.
-Support new product development and menu updates based on dietary needs and customer feedback.
-Set and monitor KPIs to measure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
-Lead initiatives to improve cost savings, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.
-Manage budgets for each business unit, optimize resource use, and drive cost-efficiency.
-Oversee procurement and inventory control with the Finance team to support financial goals.
-Conduct regular audits and enforce consistent policies to uphold quality and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
-8 years in operations management, ideally in food service or multi-unit operations.
-Strong financial management skills and proven experience in strategic planning and team leadership.
-Amenable to work in San Juan
