Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 With 3 years and up of work experience
 BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant
degree
 Must be willing to travel to different provinces
 Willing to start immediately in Angeles City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the
Marketing
 Division and submit report to Operations Manager.
 Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all
marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).
 Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media
digital campaigns.
 Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
 Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize
profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
 Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting
the marketing plan.
SALARY RANGE: 50k – 60k
