Production Leader

• Manage Production: Oversee daily operations of injection molding machines. Ensure molds are set up correctly and production targets are met. Monitor production to meet quantity and quality goals.
• Team Supervision: Lead and train a team of machine operators and mold setters. Assign tasks and make sure team follows safety and quality procedures. Provide feedback and support to team members to improve performance.
• Production Scheduling: Organize production schedules and make sure work is completed on time. Work with other departments (like engineering and supply chain) to ensure materials are available and machines are ready.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure workers follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all safety regulations.
• Reporting: Track production data (e.g., machine performance, downtime, quality) and report to upper management.
