QC Supervisor (47037) - Lima Tech Lipa Batangas

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
With alternate Saturday schedule

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 2 years of experience as QC Supervisor.
- With experience working in a Japanese company.

Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring that the product or service is fit for purpose
- Analyzing and solving problem
- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against a set standard
- Coordination with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly.
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Another task that may be assigned from time to time by top management
