Job Description
Graduate of any Engineering course,
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Quality,
Must have knowledge on Manufacturing and Engineering principles,
Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork,
With good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Quality Management System, Quality Audits and Certification (such as VDA 6.3 and 6.5, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards)
Have working experience in progress and effectiveness confirmation of the project quality management system including recommendation and implementation improvements when required.
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas.
JOB OVERVIEW
Set target and review section performance together with General Manager and create master plan of activities on how to achieve set index,
Clarify improvement points of system, organization and human resources and make a future plan how to and execute it.
Monitors and ensures proper treatment was given for quality related issues to control non conforming product to be proceeded to customer
Prepare the manpower plan and allocate budget for execution of activities to properly evaluate incoming materials prior usage to mass production.
Manage team to support manufacturing
