Job Description:

• Creates and keeps an eye on Nabati’s financial plans, projections, and budgets in the Philippines
• Compiles and evaluates reports and financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Controls cash flow by keeping an eye on bank transactions, payables, and receivables of the Company.
• Makes sure that all legal and accounting obligations are met by the Company.
• Analyzes finances to assist in making strategic decisions especially when it comes to finance.
• Coordinates and assists with external audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
• Assures adherence to tax regulations by preparing and submitting tax returns.
• Assists and advises other departments with their financial needs.
• Provides support with the banking needs of the Company in the Philippines.
• Supervises direct reports to ensure each one will support deadlines set by the Company.
• Stays updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management, and propose and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and controls.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, economics or similar
• At least (5) five years of related experience
• Ability to communicate and provide options to management in regard to Capital controls.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and current pronouncements and developments.
• Good systems experience preferably familiar with SAP.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel: Building spreadsheet reports, graphs, formula use, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform accurately with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite
