Job Description
• Ensures the fair implementation of the Code of Discipline of the Company.
• Manages the discipline management process of the Company and ensures all members of the organization support it.
• Maintains employment policies and provides advice on how to resolve employment issues.
• Provides advice and counsel to people managers and their employees regarding human resources practices and employment laws.
• Conducts coaching and counseling sessions and facilitates town halls, focus group discussions, skip-level meetings, and new employee orientations.
• Monitors the regularization process of the Company and ensures necessary documents will be served to employees.
• Works closely with people managers and engagement supervisors to ensure acceptable employee engagement levels across the Company.
• Provided necessary support in implementing the onboarding process of the organization.
• Manages the exit process of the Company and ensures data that can be extracted from it will be used for continuous improvement.
• Provides support in all employee engagement activities of the organization.
Job Requirements:
• BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Employee Relations and Engagement Associate, Supervisor, or Consultant
• Hands-on experience with HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
• Amenable to onsite work
