Job Description
Transpeed Communication is seeking a creative and engaging Social Media Manager to join our team!
This position requires a night shift schedule and will be based onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop social media accounts for our clients.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on platform metrics such as views, clicks, likes, and comments.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share eye-catching content, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
- Edit graphics and videos for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts (Facebook cover, profile pictures, etc.).
- Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, including promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong sense of humor and ability to create engaging content.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and the restaurant/bar scene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.
