Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals.
• Manage visual and written material (photos, videos, graphics, and subtitles) for Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and interactions across all social media channels.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to promote new apparel collections and new products.
• Analyze performance data (reach, engagement, and conversions) and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries and timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the garments, apparel, or fashion
industry.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite,
TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
• Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling captions and brand messaging.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
