Job Description
- responsible for managing the compensation and benefits program of the company and ensuring that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- managing and administering all union members benefit and compensation programs under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) from retirement plans, health insurance to life insurance.
HR- Admin
- Administrative staff assist the Admin Manager in carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, memo distribution, monitoring, and safekeeping of records, permits, and licenses. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting results.
Minimum Qualification:,
- Preferably graduate of business-related course, Psychology and Human Resource
- Experience in the same capacity is advantage
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
- Knowledgeable in HRIS System
- Above average numerical ability

- Organized and ability to manage time well
- Can work with minimal supervision
