Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
The CM Supervisor protects and develops the liquid assets of a company, maximizing their use and return to the organization, including managing funds, overseeing the allocation of cash balances, reviewing forecasted balances, and examining any shortages or overages.

Education and Training Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA is a plus.
- With at least 3 years experience as cash management team leader/ supervisor.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities, including team-building, coaching, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
