Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
With 3 years and up of work experience
BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant
degree
Must be willing to travel to different provinces
Willing to start immediately in Angeles City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the
Marketing
Division and submit report to Operations Manager.
Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all
marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).
Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media
digital campaigns.
Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize
profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting
the marketing plan.
SALARY RANGE: 50k – 60k
