Job Description
- Sourcing & Sifting.
- Advertise and generate leads for client requirements effectively from different sourcing channels such as free and paid portals, website and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
- Conduct remote or virtual interview with candidates to fulfill open positions.
- Manage clients and candidates effectively.
- Meet or exceed individual target in a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in end to end recruitment handling volume hiring, corporate or technical roles
- Must have experience in doing sourcing from free and paid sourcing platforms and social media such as -Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram etc.
- Must have experience in working with KPIs, targets, quota or deadlines
- Candidates residing in provinces are welcome to apply
- Average verbal and written English communication skills
- Can effectively and efficiently work with targets and tight deadlines
- Willing to report in Makati (3x/week)
- Must have own laptop with Core i3 Processor-8GB RAM
- Salary:
- 2.500,00 ₱ Monthly
