Job Description

Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist
(Ortigas, Pasig / Opportunity for a hybrid setup after regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite work)

Strengthen our team by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. You’ll develop recruiting strategies, build relationships with candidates, and create talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Responsibilities:
◘ Client Management: Lead client collaborations, gather recruitment needs, maintain relationships, and address recruitment inquiries.
◘ End-to-End Recruitment: Develop strategies, screen and interview candidates, present top talent, guide junior specialists, and support onboarding.
◘ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activity, and use analytics to refine recruitment processes.
◘ Process Improvement: Drive recruitment process improvements and manage key recruitment projects.
◘ Training & Development: Lead training sessions on recruitment and HR practices for team skill enhancement.

Qualifications:
◘ 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment.
◘ Skilled in sourcing passive and active candidates.
◘ Background in offshore staffing or BPO; HR generalist experience is a plus.
◘ Excellent written and verbal English skills.
◘ Familiar with applicant tracking and recruitment automation tools.
◘ Strong under pressure, with negotiation and sound judgment abilities.

Salary Range: 40k to 45k Plus Benefits
