Job Description:
We are seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support our online retail operations. In this role, you will assist with managing product listings, coordinating order fulfillment, and enhancing the online shopping experience for customers. Working closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams, you’ll ensure accurate product representation, smooth transactions, and excellent customer service, contributing to the overall growth of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).

· Ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.

· Monitor stock levels for online inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.

· Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with logistics for timely shipment and delivery.

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide support with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution.

· Analyze and report on online sales trends, customer feedback, and website traffic to improve sales strategies.

· Assist with online marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, discount codes, and special offers.

· Track competitor listings and pricing to help maintain a competitive edge in the online market.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.

· Provide administrative support to the e-commerce team as needed, including preparing reports and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

· Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service roles is an advantage.

· Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices is a plus.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with order management systems.

Work Schedule:

· Monday to Friday (Probationary)

· Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
17.000,00 ₱ Monthly
