Job Description

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Business Development and Sales team in delivering their assigned sales targets. While supporting the team, you will need to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are adhered to, as well as maintain a good working relationship across teams. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive business growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution
o Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets
o Ensures business growth by prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
o Qualify leads and manage the market pipeline
o Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentation
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
o Execute the sales process in full including (but not limited to) hosting discover calls, arranging agreements, and instructing other business units
o Identify and address any potential roadblocks in the sales process and develop solutions to fix the identified issue

• E-commerce
o Execute online sales strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
o Engage with customers through social media, responding to inquiries, and providing product information.
o Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns, including sales events, contests, or giveaways.
o Monitor trends in social media, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
o Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with key clients and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget constraints and address inquiries and concerns promptly
o Schedule and conduct client meetings following a proven sales process
o Follow up on leads and meetings to advance the sales process
o Build and maintain relationships with clients, and other industry professionals and partners to generate referrals and repeat business

• Collaboration
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, and compliance) to align strategies and achieve business goals
o Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience

• Team and People Management
o Lead and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
o Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
o Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff
o Assign tasks and prioritize workload daily
o Develop training programs to enhance team skills
o Resolve employee conflicts and address workforce concerns
o Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
o Coordinate team meetings and communication to ensure alignment on goals
o Collaborate with upper management to align departmental goals with company objectives
o Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
o Report any issues to management and suggest improvements

• Reporting and Analysis
o Generate, track and provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics such as sales revenue, number of closed deals, client acquisition rates, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement and implement corrective action
o Maintain and prepare master list with accurate existing client and prospect information, profile and activities

• Other Duties
o Stay informed of regulatory changes and Real Estate industry best practices
o Accomplish and ensure successful completion of related tasks as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
• Education
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field

• Experience
o Experience within the Real Estate industry is a plus
o 4 years+ of experience in sales or related role
o Strong understanding of Real Estate market dynamics, trends, products and services
o Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales or account management and knowledgeable of the sales process

• Skills
o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
o Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals
o Highly motivated and results-oriented specially in achieving sales and revenue targets
o Able to work independently as well as part of the team
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Proficiency in MS Office and other software and tools
o Fast learner, ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
o Flexible, able to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
• Candidate shall report to Eastwood office from Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM or total hour equivalent thereof regardless of existing and specially declared holidays. Rest days are scheduled on weekends; however, due to the nature of business, management may have the prerogative to require you to work on the schedule as maybe needed by the operations.
• May require occasional overtime during peak periods or for specific projects.
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
