Job Description
The Contract Processing Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate contract approvals and maintain organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review incoming contracts for completeness and compliance with company policies.
Process contracts accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required signatures and approvals are obtained.
Maintain an organized filing system for all contracts and related documents.
Ensure all contracts are tracked and updated in the contract management system.
Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to clarify contract terms and conditions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any contract-related issues.
Conduct audits of processed contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Prepare reports on contract status, processing times, and compliance metrics.
Provide insights to management on contract trends and potential risks.
Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external clients regarding contract status and processes.
Assist in training team members on contract processing procedures and tools.
Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
Minimum of 6 months experience
Willing to work onsite
